All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped, which will contain your tracking number.

4. How Do I Check the Status of My Order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become active in the carrier's system.

If you haven't received your order within 10 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@supplementsorg.com with your name and order number, and we will investigate it for you immediately.

5. Shipping to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses

Yes, we ship to P.O. Boxes and military APO/FPO/DPO addresses via USPS standard delivery. Please note that shipping times to military addresses may be slightly longer than standard domestic shipping.

6. Incorrect Address Details

Please double-check your shipping address when placing your order. ProstaVive™ is not responsible for orders that are delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you realize you have made an error, please email us at support@supplementsorg.com within 2 hours of placing your order, and we will do our best to update the address prior to dispatch.
